We’ve updated the EPCOT and Animal Kingdom crowd cal for the rest of August and September, 2026. From the blog post:
It looks like Disney’s unprecedented discounted two-day/two-park tickets for EPCOT and Animal Kingdom are off to a strong start. Yesterday, August 3rd, was the first day those tickets were valid. EPCOT’s crowd level was a 4, versus a 3 for the same day last year. Animal Kingdom’s crowd level was a 7 as compared a 6 in 2025.
To put that in context, EPCOT’s average crowd level for July 2026 was a 2, as compared to 3.5 for July 2025. So last month, EPCOT’s crowd levels were -1.5 lower than last year, then jumped to +1 with the new tickets. That’s a 2.5-point difference in crowds with this ticket deal.
Animal Kingdom’s crowd level was 4.8 for July 2025 and 3.9 this year, so this ticket deal is taking crowds from -0.9 to +1.0, a swing of +1.9 points.
Those tickets are valid through September 30, 2026. One thing to watch with this ticket deal is if crowds are consistently higher every day, versus (for example) at the beginning and end of the deal, or Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday. We’ll keep an eye on that and update as needed.
