Couple of questions

Does anyone know what time they are currently allowing people to walk from the Contemporary to Magic Kingdom? I have seen signs suggesting that the pathway is not open until close to opening time but wonder if anyone knows exactly when it opens.

Also, has anyone else who is at WDW now noticed police cars at the entrances to resorts? Is this new or standard, and what is the purpose?

I don’t know exactly what time they open the pathway, but they don’t want people gathering outside the entrance to MK, so I’m guessing maybe 30 minutes before the park opens.

I did read about an incident at the Boardwalk Villas one day this week which resulted in police and paramedics. The police may well still be investigating. Did you see reports of police cars at other resorts?
