I asked for it in my TP request because I really had nothing to lose since I don’t really have an actual request. But that’s a good idea to ask Thursday night. And I can see if I love/hate the studio location!
update: Son is being menaced by the wild/feral chickens of Oahu. He routinely sends pictures, the the family chat, of annoying chickens describing their offences
Our family now has a new “why did the chicken cross the road?” joke Answer: to aggravate Keegan

Glad he has something to take out his frustrations on. ![]()
Hopefully he’s enjoying other aspects of island life!
I hope these next 55 days go by quickly. Our ADR search went well and I didn’t have too many tricky ones but my wallet feels a lot lighter with one reservation in particular ![]()
Our first ever land and sea adventure. Doubling as a celebration for our son’s birthday, and for getting through the last year! ![]()
We’re taking advantage of free water park admission on our first day, and then spending a day in Epcot so my son can do Guardians and see Luminous for the first time.
Then we’re going on our second ever Disney Cruise, aboard the Fantasy, with stops at Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay!
Lightning Lanes tomorrow and I booked our local airport transfers today! I booked my parents on a “senior” price that is the same as the “adult” price, so why offer that??
Same reason to sell an after 2pm ticket the same as a day ticket? ![]()
When I texted my mom to tell her about this she was confused and asking if WDW offered a senior discount. I said FAT CHANCE! ![]()
I had my ADR day yesterday and got everything I wanted, no sweat. I didn’t even wake up early for it. (I didn’t have any tough to get ADRs, and my first two days had none).
The one thing I’ll have to decide is whether to do lunch or dinner at Sanaa. Dinner starts later than I hoped so lunch would allow us more time at HS for the evening of our AK day.
All the YAYS!
Next time, no cuts, no butts, no coconuts!
talked to son recently and he’s settling in…. hates the weather
It’s too heavy and makes it hard to breathe
PT tests are challenging
BUT he is excited about the Aulani time we gifted him and his little family later this year. ![]()
Well at least he has that part figured out! ![]()
