I made a reservation for one of our sons and his little family. He got orders to PCS to Hawaii, and he’s NOT happy about it. He’s the only person we’ve known unhappy about being stationed there 
I kept my name on the res to allow for me to make any necessary changes. I had given that son access to our account but he never created an account through the link. They arrived to the island last week; it will be a month until their car and household goods arrive.
Our DGD is 4 and will LOVE the water area for kids. I wish I could be there w/ them

Hopefully he changes his mind about this eventually! My family loved being stationed there. Some of my most cherished and lasting memories are from my childhood there, an my parents still pine for it.

We’re encouraging him to explore etc. and hope that he can at least enjoy his three-year assignment. My DH would LOVE to return and live in HI but we can’t afford to live there and it’s too far away from all the family. but we are far away now anyway

I just went very basic with a room request for 2nd floor or above. I would really like an early room ready too so I’m not needing to be picky.

Oh, I lied. I did ask if we could stay in our same studio as the night before. I’m honestly not sure how that would work and I would probably need to ask at check-in again. Because unless they tell us our room is ready at 8am, we would have to pack up anyway.

I think your best bet is to ask when you check in for the first night. They might be able to merge the reservations somehow.
