Is this countdown to your band trip? Or do you also have a family trip in the works? (Are you bringing more than just your kid in the band?)

Yes, it’s just the long weekend school band trip. All 4 of us are going, but it’s likely that we won’t see our kids much because DW will probably chaperone a different group of kids.

Full disclosure: I didn’t take this one. A photopass photographer did. We were actually just chatting with her and then she asked him to toss it up in the air and set up the whole thing. It was very cool and it’s now one of my favorite pics.
