Yes! That’s a serious plot omission. That whole Barty Crouch storyline makes very little sense in the movie.

Those are both good, but the scene that always makes me cry is when Hermione and Ron catch Harry leaving to the forbidden forest to give himself up to Voldemort in Deathly Hallows Part II, and Hermione guesses everything that Harry just found out from the Pensieve, and she says tearfully, “I’ll go with you!”

Oh and the scene I wish had made it in the movie was the young Marauders scenes from Prisoner of Azkaban. That whole plot line would make a good prequel actually.

For me it’s probably Sirius’ death, and when a Harry realizes he’s well and truly gone. Also watching the parts with Harry and Sirius in the 5th movie before he dies but knowing he’s going to die
