24 - I wish they’d kept the Paul Whitehouse Sir Cadoggan scenes in the movie (at least they were filmed and added to the deleted scenes). I also would’ve liked to have seen Rik Mayall as Peeves! I don’t know if any of that was actually filmed. I’ve never seen it if it was.

I loved Rik Mayall and he would have been an amazing Peeves. I wish the whole Winky storyline had been shown.
Dobby’s death. And them digging his grave without magic. I pretty much sobbed from that point to the end of the last book.
