So my dashboard literally just counted down a day. But it’s 7pm Eastern where WDW is. So I googled what is UTC time and it’s 12:14am. Is the countdown clock based on UTC and isn’t that a bug?

Is it because you will ultimately arrive on Disney time?
I think from a software perspective, it’s probably basing it on UTC time and I don’t think it should. I think it should be UTC−05:00
I’m gonna confirm tomorrow and check at my 5:59pm and my 6:00pm (6:59 and 7pm Eastern and 11:59pm 12am UTC). Then I’ll probably send them an email.

Mine changed at 7pm EST. It went from 8 days to 7 days just 30 mins ago.
