If you log into the DVC site and go to My DVC, choose Condo Association News from the drop down.
Go into the Meeting Notices and Information section.
Choose the 2020 info and open up, you should see your home resorts.
First couple of pages are the condo meeting, then you get the estimated budgets: the operating and capital dues budgets and then the estimated annual dues assessment.
Can’t get to it right now. Are dues going up down or flat?
BLT are up a fraction, from something like 6.57 to 6.89 roughly.
I haven’t looked to see exactly what’s gone up. Operating is 4.125, capital is 1.25 or something and the rest is property taxes.

Looks like I had the wrong number for current dues…increase at AKL is just over 5%.
My math was like 8%. Glad we were wrong!
So I was reading on a few sites about this.
These are the anticipated running costs for 2021. Any reduction for 2020 will not be reflected in these and would be applied as a rebate against the dues when the dues notices come out in December.
I found a table that someone compiled but naturally the formatting didn’t work. However the info is still useful even if it is in list format!
