We are planning a trip the week of Columbus Day 2017. TP CC has average attendance around 6-7 for most parks during that week. TP tracked that week last year as 7-10. I am wondering why numbers are lower for 2017? Any ideas about mid-range to high crowds during that week?
I would bet that most of it is the adjustments made to how the crowd levels are calculated:
I know that they days of my Spring Break Trip dropped from 7-10 levels to 6-8 levels due to this change alone.
I don’t know much about Columbus Day crowds specifically, but I would bet that you can expect similar crowds to what have been seen in recent years.
