Is it worth going on Christmas day this year? I haven’t been following much since my trips were cancelled, but we are considering going a couple days at Christmas (arriving on Christmas Eve). I know it will be busy - but with capacity caps will it be manageable with a 3 year old? Can’t decide if we would do 2 days at MK or 1 at MK and 1 at either AK or EP.

I would keep expectations low. The capacity caps are based on maximum attendance not average attendance. This means a cap of 25% is still pretty close to a busy “normal” day.
If you go often, like multiple times a year, then this could be a treat. If this is your annual or “every couple of years” trip, I’d wait. There’s no shows, limited dinning, reduced hours and no nighttime entertainment.
