So the website says 15 minutes prior, but an email I received a few days ago says 30 minutes.
Anyone know which is correct?
I’ve done this tour twice and I went with 30. Yes we were waiting a bit for the tour to start but at least they weren’t waiting on me

Prior to leaving the area where the group assembles you go through a process of being properly fitted with safety equipment and signing of a waiver. Fifteen minutes to process the entire group would be insufficient. I agree with @ThorKat … as a courtesy to your fellow explorers, don’t be the one to hold things up.

Thanks! I figured I should check, very odd that the website says 15 minutes.
Readjusting our plans to add more cushion for checking in 30 minutes before.

When wee did this last fall we checked in about 30 minutes before time. That left us time to pop to the nearby bathroom while others were checking in.
I barely made it once. Sped walked cuz the line at avatar was longer than it said and they accommodated us just fine. We were a couple of minutes late.
