My cousins, sister and I have a trip planned for early November. We purchased tickets before the craziness of covid-19. My sister lives in NY and if the quarantine rules are still in effect, she will not be able to go. Is she out of luck on her tickets, or will Disney allow her to change her dates?

Has she checked in MDE? Disney extended date based tickets in most cases to Sept. 2021. The updated dates would show up in MDE.
Oh my gosh, you’re right! Thank you so much for pointing that out. One thing I don’t have to worry about.
In a non-covid world the answer would still be yes. You would just have to pay the difference in price since the prices of tickets are date based.
