My experience with trying to purchase Disney World Tickets with them has been awful. After over a month of trying I never did receive a legitimate response or the tickets. I ended up doing a CC dispute and purchasing tickets from Disney directly. Initially the CC remove the charge but this morning when I returned from my trip they had reapplied the charge after a response from OrlandoVacation.com. I am trying again to dispute. I wish I had done a quick internet search to check the reviews. They have a lot of complaints. I wanted to make a forum post that was searchable in case anyone else is considering using them. Please DON’T!

Oh my. I’d read your previous post in chats. Doesn’t TP recommend them? I can’t believe they reapplied the charge–you never received the tickets.
What was the response from OrlandoVacation?

I found them off the ticket calculator but I think the TP team has since deleted them. When the company responded, it was always next week or once they told the TP team that they gave the tickets to my daughter (I don’t have a daughter. I have a bonus daughter but she was never involved). TP staff tried to assist but they got no where with the company either.

Wow! In cases like that, you need to call them out on social media and tag them. I normally wouldn’t do that but they are lying and not providing a service you paid for. That’s terrible.

Contact the Better Business Bureau also. If they don’t have proof that they gave the tickets to you, the purchaser, it’s not a legitimate charge. It’s possible it’s a goof up on their end. But there response is shady!!!

I’ve followed your chats on this, thank you for making a forum post that is SEARCHABLE! I hope you can recover your payment from them and now that the company name can be searched in the forum I hope no liners ever use them!
