I love me some chocolate. Like love love. But truth is, a GOOD carrot cake with GOOD cream cheese frosting blows chocolate cake out of the water. Most carrot cake versions I have had are basically just spice cake and no comparison. Try the recipe above. It might change your mind. (But use 2 Tbsp not 2 tsp Cinnamon.)
