I remember last time I went I had to go to the guest service window before entering the park to show valid Canadian ID and validate my ticket. Does anyone know if this can be done at the Pop century desk when we check in on the day we arrive? Or can it only be done at the parks?
It was unclear to me why but I didn’t have to do anything this time around (nov. 2018). In 2015 and 2017 I had to show my passport on the first park entry of the trip.
