It’s asking my satisfaction with dining, there is a thumbs up and thumbs down in the background, but only boxes where you can check off “breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack.”
Is it asking me first if I dined there, and later it will ask my satisfaction level with the dining? Do I only check the box if I dined there AND was satisfied?
Presentation is slightly confusing, maybe only to me 
I would check what meal I dined and then thumbs up or down, only for the restaurants I ate at.

Well, there is no thumbs up or thumbs down option. There are only thumbs up/thumbs down illustrations, but no way to indicate satisfaction with dining. There’s only a box under each one “breakfast lunch dinner snack” option , and when you click it, it fills it with an “x”

What happens if only one box is checked? Does that enable the up/down vote?
It doesn’t. I did that on MK, and was expecting it to take me to a smaller survey evaluating the dining options I checked. When it went straight to Epcot, I got suspicious.
I figured it out! I went to the desktop to see how it was formatted. On the desktop, it’s clear that you mark the meal, and then thumbs up or down.
Functionally, that works the same on mobile, it just wasn’t clear to me from how it’s formatted on mobile.
