I have been studying the touring plans everyday. First thing today (9:10ish) soaring said posted wait was 45 minutes, but expected tell is 18 minutes. That is way off. Which one should I believe?
Disney often inflates posted waits for crowd control. TP uses user entered data to get their data.
I’ve trusted the TP’s and so far haven’t been disappointed.
