How easy is to commute from Cabana Bay to WDW parks using Lyft or Uber? Would there be lot of traffic or should I prefer something in Disney Springs only?

I would plan on like a 30-minute commute - it can be as short as 20 minutes but you’ll want to plan for some traffic. Doable, but personally I would only want to do that 1 or 2 days. If you’re doing 4-5 days at WDW, I’d suggest a split stay.
In the past we always used a Lyft to USO from our WDW resort. Easy Peasy.
