Did you see nothing about previews? In the past previews have only been members eligible for extras.

Ok that was my question. I didn’t see anything about previews but that was my only potential option. I had seen Test Track requirements but it wasn’t clear if it was a membership extra. I do have the stay booked obv.

DVC previews have also been so limited.

I really want to know if it will open with standby.

Yeah so I’m guessing you don’t already have one then … and I think people with an AP can only get preview slots for themselves … so probably not economical to get an AP at this point. (Also I think it has to already be activated in order to apply for a preview slot, so just buying one now would not work.)

I have not seen anything for DVC or AP Previews. Have these dates been announced? Our trip is 4/25 - 5/2. :anguished_face:

Are we assuming just LL and no VQ for this? I’d assume the announcement would mention a VQ if so.

With the opening being so soon, maybe previews are unlikely.

On the Disney Dish, Len and Jim speculated that the reason there were no previews for Buzz is because WDW needed capacity more than they needed a special lure for DVC / AP. Honestly if they can open it earlier for everyone vs. holding previews, that is better IMO.

That is my assumption. They used VQ for Tiana for a while, but it arguably wasn’t necessary then, and BTMRR has never been quite as popular as Splash / Tiana’s and has a higher capacity (2,400 riders per hour vs. 1,600 for Tiana’s).

Hahaha so true. At least I have the 14 day hopper so I can pivot to MK if I hear soft open rumblings.
