Book room wo counting 3yo toddler?

Mulling the next Disney trip after DS2 turns 3…

So can we just book a room including only the 2 older kids, and have DS3-to-be share a bed? I’ve seen a bunch online about people sneaking 3yo into park, which we’d not do, we’d get a ticket.

But do we really have to book a room that fits 5 adults when we have three littles who can share a bed?

You would only be able to book fpp for 4 of you at 60 days and the 5 th person at 30 days.

The 3 year old will also not be able to get in during EMH too.

You wouldn’t be able to use EMH, Disney Magical Express, 60 Days FPP, or get the 3 year old a magic band (for “free”). Definitely a tradeoff, there’s rooms that let you book 5 comfortably. Those rooms are small enough as it is.
