BOG: Table for 1 that can't up to table for two?

I managed to get a table for 1 at lunch at BOG, and was hoping to expand it to two people, but it won’t go! How can there possibly be a table for 1 but not for 2? Is it space at a bar or something?

Call the dining number. We didn’t find tables for two. You shouldn’t have a problem unless they limit times by head count.

That’s genius would calling work? I would love to get a table for four… Could I do two one person reservations and ask to change them to two people each??
