I have a trip planned 9/24 - 10/1. Wanted to eat at BOG for dinner but looks like it is only open from 4pm - 6pm every day. That short window makes getting reservations even more difficult. I understand that BOG closes early on MNSSHP nights but what about the other non-party nights? Are these short hours likely to stay for non-party nights? or is this just Disney’s way of managing staffing, etc. during the on again/off again party schedule?
Most likely it is because they will have to schedule the party/non party nights separately and that will take a while.
