This wasn’t me but I have only heard great things about him! I follow him on Facebook.

Yeah, I think I mixed up trip reports lol! I knew I read a report of it, sounded great and wished my boys were younger.

Follow up: I was able to snag some reservations! This past Saturday and today, Disney opened up a ton of reservations. I had to grab two individual reservations, rather than one reservation for two people.

I currently have two time slots (two reservations at each time slot – I will be cancelling one of the time slots): 10:45am and 11:50am. What time slot would you pick? I am trying to balance out between hitting as many rides in the morning as possible, but also letting my DD10 and DD8 wear their makeover for as long as possible. We plan to use EE.

This is good information to know. I know someone who wants an early Oct date and nothing was available at their 60 day mark. I encouraged them to keep looking; I’ll let them know that there may be a reservation dump closer to a month out (so for them, early Sept).

In terms of your question, I would probably use the 1045 for the reason you mention. By then, especially using EE, you should have been able to enjoy a nice number of rides; this will give a nice break in the action and then still plenty of hours in the day to enjoy being fabulous.

Warning: I hope they don’t want to go swimming. My DD undid hers - with her father’s (not my) blessing, about 3pm that day so she had the fab for about 6hrs. In case it’s not obvious I’m still a bit salty about it

That’s a good point – we will probably be ready for a break by 10:45am. I can also get a QS lunch ordered during BBB, so we can eat and then jump back in to the rides. You always have the good advice!

Below are the times that dropped today. This was similar to what dropped on Saturday. MouseDining alerts were helpful. And they haven’t been any reservations for two people; all one person reservations.

And I would have been salty too! For the price, I might not let me two DDs take a shower for a few days!

When she was little, about age 5, she had no interest in undoing the fab. The hair lasted literally 3 days - at which time I undid it! LOL Things change with age, I guess!

Thanks for the info on the reservation drops! It will be very handy for my person!

I agree probably the 10:45. 11:50 is too close to lunch/possibe meltdown time to get them to sit still ad wait if they are running behind.

Is your phone autocorrecting “bun” or is a fab a hairstyle that boy moms are unaware of?

I’m choosing to use a shorthand for fabulousness

I know this is an old post, but do you happen to remember what time of day the reservations dropped? I’m hoping to snag a reservation for late January.

I looked up an old alert email and it has a 10:54am timestamp. I don’t know how quickly the alert email was generated after the reservations dropped.
