I was wondering if there are someone that went recently to WDW and what’s their experience about the drink swapping for a snack with the QS DDP, because I’m hearing contradictory information.

It depends on the restaurant and the cast member. We were able to swap at Columbia Harbor House and Restaurantosaurus in June, but Backlot Express wouldn’t
allow it. CHH even encouraged it for my MIL to save her a separate snack credit charge.
Certainly doesn’t hurt to ask though.
