Best Weeks in Nov or early Dec for room discounts at WDW?

I am trying to help some Seniors plan a disney trip and they are flexible on dates, but would like discounts on rooms. Prefer EP area resorts because some will have scooters and those resorts are easy access for them to 2 parks. What is best week for Maximum Discount? Thanks!
