Best steak at Disney?

My husband really wants a good steak on property / Disney springs. Where should we go tomorrow night?

Definitely this. I may have fish in the name, but the filet is the best on property.

Omg the NY strip was outrageous good.

Our July trip the couple we were traveling with actually commented they “never thought steak at Disney”

The answer to this question seems to fluctuate depending on who you ask and when you went.

I do NOT recommend Steakhouse 71.

But Flying Fish (we just went in September) was amazing. We got the NY Strip.

I’ve heard good things about Shula’s and Yachtsman as well, but never been.

DW would say Boathouse. I order fish at steakhouses so can’t chime in myself.

I’ve been to Shula’s a number of times. It is loud and expensive. But really good.

I saw on YouTube someone that ordered the filet served in the same presentation as the NY Strip and it looked delicious.

Have you had the filet at Jiko? Its a really good marrow crusted filet mignon. :yum:

I have eaten at Jiko and the filet is my go-to dish wherever I eat but I can’t remember for sure if that’s what I got there. I’ll have to go back and check my trip report.

So fair, we did steakhouse 71 earlier on this trip and my husband looked at me after and said this doesn’t meet the criteria so here we are :joy: finding another meal

We love Jiko and that’s where we would’ve gone without crowdsourcing

Yup that’s it -
really need Disney to bring back the deluxe dinning plan- we almost never eat out at home so we splurge when we are on property. Breakfast at the resort and signature dining daily. We have been getting crushed since it disappeared.
