Best Food in Disneyland, DCA, Downtown Disney and Disney-owned Hotels

Ok, that’s fair! I thought one of them was a buffet for like some meals, and regular TS for other meals.

Or maybe that’s something in WDW, and my brain just has some wires crossed?

Both Goofy’s and Storyteller’s are buffets all day now.

Once upon a time Storytellers was a TS meal for lunch and dinner and buffet with creature characters (usually Chip & Dale, Pluto and one rare creature like Koda/Kenai from Brother Bear or Meeko from Pocahontas) for bfast and brunch. I don’t remember exactly when, but at some point they moved to being a buffet all day, and changed the characters to Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and I think still Chip & Dale in camp gear outfits. I believe they are still only a character meal for breakfast/brunch (but admittedly haven’t checked that in over a year so I could be wrong).

Pretty sure this is still true.

That’s true most of the time at Storytellers. But checking their Disney page, they have a new themed dinner buffet starting May 16. That’s when all the 70th anniversary stuff kicks off. Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet. It’s a campfire style barbecue buffet, with Donald, Daisy, Clarabelle, Goofy or Pluto dressed in explorer outfits.

Say no more! I had not seen this! Ok, whenever we make it for the 70th, I think I’m gonna have to get us this ADR. Donald is DH’s favorite and the kids have a lot of fun when we meet him anywhere, so it would be a hoot to do a dinner of his.
