Best AKL Jambo 2BRV Standard Lockoff

Hi all -

I’m putting together a room request for a 2BR Villa Lockoff - Standard View for AKL - Jambo House. However, on the TP Room Finder, there is no designation for Standard View. All 2BR lockoffs are listed in a single category. Any idea where I can find a listing of which rooms are in my category? Any idea what the best rooms are?

Also, I thought Jambo wasn’t even open yet - will they put me in Kidani, even though my reservation is specifically for Jambo DVC, or are the DVC rooms at Jambo open?

I believe DVC Jambo is open. But literally that’s it.

What I’ve done is look for standard view studios next to standard view 1BR (because 1+1=2) and this is what I came up with:

I have stayed in the x432/36 area and found it lovely (although mine was not DVC just regular hotel). The pool view from there was great!

It didn’t take me very long and was way more interesting than the work I should be doing. Just don’t tell my boss. My review is coming up :wink:

And the pool. And the pool bar at weekends, or it was. :wink:

The Mara has been open over the holidays but no hot food, so any “testing of demand” is somewhat pointless. :roll_eyes:

Oh I hadn’t heard that the Jambo pool and pool bar had opened. That’s good news but not a lot. The whole place needs opened, IMO

The pool opened with the DVC rooms. The pool bar started opening later, maybe the Fall.

Agreed about the rest, but it won’t happen until the hotel side opens.
