Aventura vs Sapphire Falls

For a possible upcoming trip to UOR, looking at non-Deluxe so I can buy a multi-day Epic express pass. Since you can’t walk to Epic from any hotels reasonably, I’m looking at Sapphire Falls vs Aventura. Sapphire Falls is about $900 more than Aventura. Is it accurate that you can very easily walk from Aventura to pick up the boat at Sapphire Falls?

I know it would be a longer walk, but can you walk to CityWalk and the two original parks from Sapphire Falls down a path that would pass by Royal Pacific?

I believe it is about a 10 minute walk from Stella Nova?

I would not pay $900 more for Sapphire Falls, and I love Sapphire Falls.

Yes, they are right next to each other, it takes minutes to get to the boat.

Yes, I am a walker. I stayed at SF in September and Aventura in October, and I walked every day. Once because they stopped the boat due to weather in the area. My apple watched measured it as less than a mile to security.

I stayed at Cabana Bay and pool hopped to Sapphire Falls and it wasn’t even that bad of a walk. I had to walk through Adventura. I would say 10 minutes at the absolute max because you have to go down stairs to get to the boat. And to echo what was already said, you can just keep walking past the boat to CityWalk. That’s probably closer to 20 minutes from Sapphire.

I’ve looked at this scenario too. Online some people said the farthest rooms (from the dock) at SF were a longer walk than most rooms at Aventura. Looking at a map, I can see that. Booking the lagoon view rooms is probably the best bet for a short walk to the water taxi.

There are also rooms close to the pool entrances that have exits to a walking path that runs parallel to the path near the dock if you want to walk.

Are these standard or pool view? Some of those standard rooms near the highway (furthest from the lobby) look just as long of a walk as it would be from Aventura. I prefer SF theming though. I was hoping to find more info on room requests and what works for people but so far, I can’t find many people talking about room requests at that hotel.

I have been in the same hallways for both pool (one side) and standard views. We like that area since we will walk and you are almost 1/2 down the pathway.

Yes and that’s exactly what I did and I prefer aventura to sapphire falls also cuz my room was clean.

And you can walk to epic from Helios lol. That’s what we did but we just did one night at Helios b/w our two Epic days and then moved to Cabana Bay for our three old park and city walk days.
