Hi! I’m printing my own cute autograph cards for my kids to have the Disney Cast sign. Does it matter how big the cards are? I was wanting to bring 4x6 but wondering if that might be a bit to small. I would appreciate your thoughts as Disney is all new to us.

Assuming this is for a M&G signature, yes, that size will work.
We used diy 4x6 cards that we put on a mini clipboard for signing and it worked fine
Definitely bring something like a clipboard like @NoCapes mentioned so that they have something sturdier to hold onto. Those big puffy gloves can wreak havoc on a flimsy item.
