This is our family’s first trip, so please forgive me if this question is redundant.
When trying to look up a certain attraction that has a FP+ option it just doesn’t show up.
For example: When I looked at the TP FP+ availability it states the distribution is closed for the week of 11/1 - 11/7 on the Mad Hatter’s Tea Cup Ride. But you cannot even periodically check to see if there are any openings in the MDE app because it isn’t even listed.
I’ve called WDW and have spoken to several CMs and I get different answers. They have stated that maybe the ride is closed for refurbishment that week and it hasn’t been announced yet, the ride doesn’t need FP+ that week because they don’t anticipate people needing one, or maybe the WDW website is having issues.
Which is it?! Is it opened or closed?!
