I’m going to throw this out there…
I’ve rented from a private DVC owner the past 4 times we’ve been to Disney. She has a LOT of points, so I think renting them out is income. I was impressed with the contract she provided, too.
IIRC, Poly is one of her home resorts, so she’d have 11 month availability.
