I’ve heard that AK has changed their turndown service to " by request only " and I wondering if anyone has gotten it and what else if anything you got with it. Thank u for your help
I will give you the short version: I requested it. I received it on some nights. They turned down the beds and left ghirardelli chocolate squares (same at all CLs lately?). They did not change out towels or anything else like WL and Poly didn’t recently.
