I didn’t know where to post this question so if you have a different website / forum that would be helpful for Universal Studios Hollywood please let me know. We are going for Grinchmas with almost 6 year old. Any tips, tricks, touring plan advice? Even food advice. We bought the extra ticket to get into Super Nintendo World an hour before park opens. We want to experience all the Christmas stuff as well. Thanks 
There isn’t a specific Universal Studios Hollywood section on touringplans. I don’t know of any regular posters that are DLR and USH regulars. Usually the most up to date info around here is if someone’s done a trip report with a day or so added at Universal to their California/Disneyland vacations. I don’t believe I’ve noted anyone doing a Grinchmas party in Hollywood- only in Universal. Sorry I don’t have more help.
