Any Luck with Room TP Requests?

Last 2 trips to WDW staying at POP (March and Sept 2020), TP room requests were totally ignored. On the most recent trip (Sept '20), I requested 60’s Bldg, 1st Floor, and was assigned 90’s Bldg, 3rd floor. Yes, I used online check-in but made sure my online requests were no different from my TP requests. Just wondering if this is a Pop thing or if others have had similar recent experiences?
