Upcoming trip on September 16, my DD29 AP expires Sept 11, we renewed right at the 60 day mark. It showed up on my MDE, on the ap as well as on the website.
When I logged in at midnight to make FPP reservations I could not make them for DD. Made mine and DiL.
Called IT after a 75 minute conversation it was revealed that even though it was showing up on MDE that she had renewed her pass, the voucher number had not been linked.
So moral of the story is; If renewing AP make sure to have IT link the voucher number. Don’t just assume it is linked just because you can see it on MDE.
