Are your DVC annual dues locked in at the rate when you purchase, or do they increase each year?
They may or may not increase year to year. It depends on what work the resort is needing, among other things.
Annual Dues (ie maintenance fees) can be raised as much as 15% each year.
Is there a limit to how many sequential annual 15% increases can happen?
