Any idea how long it takes to drive from Animal Kingdom to Disney Springs in the evening?

If I’m staying on site (which is 95% of the time) I prefer to take the bus to DS. Parking can be a hassle, and if I want to have some drinks (and lets be honest, eating and drinking is the primary reason I go to DS in the first place), I don’t have to worry about driving. A caution if you do drive and plan on staying into the evening, make note of when EP and DHS close and plan to leave either before the parks close or at least an hour after; I timed it wrong one time and I was stuck in stop and go traffic for over 45 minutes…

Just to clarify, there are no direct buses from AK to DS so you would have to stop off at the resort, leave you car there, and then take the bus. it adds a few minutes, but to me it’s worth it. If you’re staying off-site, you really have no option but to drive…
