We have a standard view room for 2 weeks commencing 8 November, how do we go about obtaining a savannah view room upgrade?

There are many standard view rooms with a savanna view. Rooms 3216-3238 and 4216-4238 are a great place to start. Look at the touring plan room finder and use the fax service. Here are a few pictures from 4218 and 4238.
