I found a liquor store called Goodies that’s close and open until 12:30am on Sunday night/Monday morning. I’m thinking I can uber there after Epcot closes and then back to the hotel (to avoid missing any park time- priorities LOL).

If it helps, there’s a liquor store next door to the Publix near to Animal Kingdom.

Thanks! I have a list of 3, and that’s one of them. The uber to Goodies is cheaper and Publix closes earlier, but I’ll keep it in mind as a back up!
Am I right in thinking that I can’t use prime at Universal?
