We have an ADR at Hollywood and Vine on September 10. Does anyone know if people with ADR (and staying onsite if it matters) will be let into a park that has been closed due to capacity? I would assume yes, but I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask. I assume this has come up on NYE at some point. Thanks!

Up to phase 3, an ADR will get you in. Phase 4 means nobody at all gets in.

I don’t think phased closings will last that long into September if that helps.
