DH and DD are visiting MK on a Halloween Party day but are not attending the party. They have a 6:10 PM ADR. My TP will not allow it. Am I mistaken in thinking they could stay after 6PM if they have an ADR?

They can stay for the ADR but will be escorted to the park entrance after their meal.

When I was trying to make ressies for my November trip, if I wandered into party territory I got a warning that I needed party admission for that time. I think I was looking at 6pm time frame?
The warning was new to me, but suggests that you can’t dine without a party ticket after park close at 6

Ugh! They did not ask me about attending the party when I made the ADR at 60 days!

Just verified that it must NOT have been the 6pm hour I got the warning for. I was able to make a ressie for 615 on a party night without a ticket and no warning

Especially because you can check in 20 minutes before your reservation and that would technically be before the park closes

Yep to be safe I would just check in before 6pm and you should be fine.

I believe BOG, CRT, and Plaza are the only party only reservations. Is it for one of those?.

No, Tony’s Town Square. There were no times available between 4:25 and 6:10. And with a late park arrival and the early closure, they did not want to burn park time with an ADR.
