Happy New Year! One of our 2026 resolutions is to add more points to our DVC membership with a resale contract. We currently have 150 points at Grand Flo, purchased directly from Disney. We’re looking for a contract of about 100 points with a December use year at the same resort. We’ll have saved enough by March to make this purchase, so we’re starting to look now. I’ve been keeping an eye on DVC for Less. Does this get all the listings pretty comprehensively, or are there other sites we should be looking at to find our ideal contract? Since this is our first time purchasing resale, tips are welcome from folks who have been through the process 
DVC for Less is a great website and it contains most listings. It’s how I found my first DVC contract last year. I love that you can set alerts and be notified whenever a new contract that fits your specifications is posted.
There are other websites that list timeshares for sale like redweek, but personally I would want to deal with an agent that has specific knowledge of DVC. I’ve just heard too many stories about listings with incorrect Use Years and # of points left. The contract I bought was listed with DVC Store and they were great to work with.
For general research about the resale process, the Disboards has a “Purchasing DVC” section where people post all kinds of useful information. I found the ROFR thread and Rejected Offers threads to be particularly interesting.
