How do I add these events to touring plan so it will adjust other attractions accordingly? (Bippidi Boppidi Boutique, Pirate’s League Dressup)
Just put in Breaks at the times you have booked BBB and PLD.
That’s what I figured…so no way to schedule in walking times then…
You could put a meal break in for each one. Choose a restaurant that’s close to BBB and PL. That should give you approximate walk times.

OK, if walk times are of interest, use a meal break and pick a restaurant close to each destination.
