Today I tried to “stack” my Target pharmacy 5% off discount on top of my 5% off red card discount in order to get 10% off my Disney Gift Cards, as I have done several times over the last few years. However, today it would only give me the 5% off on the red card (no gift card discount with the coupon). Is this a new policy? What gives?
