Booked my LLs today. Got Tiana’s, buzz, Pirates, slinky, TOT, TSM, & Guardians for my solo days. Unfortunately I need to wait to book the other days until the other travelers days open up next week.
I thought about just booking for me and then trying to match them up but that seems confusing and I’m not going to ride unless we ride together anyway. Is there a benefit to get the times you want to book separately?

I usually wait till my entire party can book. If it was reversed and most of your party could book except one person, I might chance a visit to GS to get things lined up. But moving everyone to you would be a tall order.

Success! Perfect flight. This is my first time on Mears. We are so ahead of schedule we stopped for a Matcha.

Mears took a little over an hour. From runway to lobby was about 2 hours with a Starbucks stop and no baggage claim. We checked into our room. The view is phenomenal. We will definitely be able to see Epcot fireworks. 
Lunch at cake bake restaurant was great!
We shared everything except drinks. DB got the Black swan and I got the Through the looking glass. So tasty. French onion soup to start and the salmon sandwich as the entree. The bread with the salmon was so buttery. Really great. The champagne raspberry cake was incredible. It was like angel food cake, so light and delicate. Not too sweet.

Yesterday we got an hour in at the pool between rain showers.
At night we had dinner at Flying fish. I ordered what I’ve heard everyone else say to order but DBs meal was superior. Why does no one gush about the gazpacho? It was so good. My lobster bisque was edible but not the kind I enjoy. I got the potato wrapped snapper which was cooked well but was one note flavor wise to me. Next time I will try the NY strip. DB got the Filet but prepared with the NY strip char seasoning. It was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. We preferred olive oil and balsamic over the butter they give. The bread was delicious. Drinks were strong. DB got the blood orange margarita and I got the pomegranate martini.

It’s like you’re in a dream. 
When my parents lived in Central Florida we would sometimes visit the boardwalk area for a meal and a stroll. It is so charming and pretty.

When I have researched in the past this is what stood out to me as what I would order. I still haven’t done Flying Fish but it is on my list!

Yesterday we had brunch at Boma before our AK day. We took the bus to AK and transferred to AKL. Took about 40 min total. We got lucky the AKL bus was right there. Boma was awesome as always. They have the best bread pudding. I didn’t get a photo before I ate it up though. My other favs at Boma are the pap, roasted tomatoes, coconut oatmeal and the Boma mustard on ham. The Disney bacon was also a treat.
Everything at AK was a walk on all day. We arrived around 1 and walked onto the safari and had the best safari we have ever had. I thought the heat would make the animals hide but we had rinos right next to our truck and we heard the hippos do a call and response. Incredible.

After the Safari was Navi River which was about a 10 min wait and walked onto FOP.
We ducked into Nomad lounge to try to avoid the rain storm but unfortunately the rain was for about 2 hours so after Nomad we did zootopia and finally the rain let up long enough for us to do Everest during EEH which was a walk on. Unfortunately we didn’t get to do the animal trails this time.

Different vibes today at Epic Universe. HP was posted 60 min. It’s been an hour and a half and we only just left the atrium. It’s been on delay for over half an hour. Some people are leaving but I’m determined since this is my must do today.
