A Perfectly, Magical Disney World Trip Report - 4 Parks in 4 Days

This was our first family trip to Disney World. Both my wife and I were at Disney World during grade school and it was emotional and humbling to bring our grade school kids (5th and 3rd grades). We stayed at the Polynesian in a Deluxe Villa Studio and used private car transportation via FLTours.com from MCO to the Poly. We reserved a rental car from the Disney Car Care center to drive out very late on our last last day.

The listing below details our days in each park. The guidance from Touring Plans forum members was instrumental, critical to the success we had in using available tools and strategies to navigate a very high volume crowd day in each park.

The Poly was an amazing resort/hotel and I would highly recommend it based on convenience, experience and set up of our room; a Deluxe Villa Studio.

Super impressive! And amazing you all could keep up that pace for 4 days. Your kids are such a great age to experience it all though!

Looks like a great trip! Which restaurant did you use for the Fantasmic dining?

What an awesome trip!! I cannot believe how much you got done, and also how much you kept track of! There’s no way I would’ve remembered all those details.

I’m so glad you had a great time. Poly is definitely on my bucket list.

Sci-Fi Diner was our Fantasmic package restaurant. We initially had Brown Derby and a spot opened at Sci-Fi the day prior that we were able to book. Lots of reservations change the 24 hours prior.

In serious awe of all that you accomplished. What did the kids think? What were some of the family favorites?

This is the best. Also, was your studio the one with 2 bathrooms? I love those!

That’s all you did?…….

The room was the Studio with two bathrooms. Great to have two showers and two sinks.

I’ve got an 11 & 9 year old boys. Galaxy’s Edge was by for the favorite. Top ride was ROTR followed by GOTG.

The surprise hit for everyone was the Enchanted Tiki Room in Magic Kingdom. The boys are still singing the refrains from the fun, classic Disney experience.

My observation on the LL’s…when Disney introduced the ability to modify this past December it became a game changer.

Refreshing for just 5-10 minutes (AKA playing the slots) I was able to move up many LL return times

Even the shorter LL lines offered the perfect time to refresh and adjust.

Love this! I really hope some of those classic, quirky attractions stick around for a long time.

Yes, definitely did a bit of this on our last trip, and in the old FP+ days too, but the high crowds Easter weekend were rough.

Just getting caught up on trip reports over spring break! I am in awe of all you got done in 4 days! And the LL availability during Easter week gives me hope as we are planning to go next year around that time. Thanks for sharing!
