I haven’t read to the end of the thread, but wanted to let you know that if you’re prepared to watch you might well get to see it tomorrow.
As I’m sure someone will have posted, soft openings start today. But that means you probably won’t see show times in the app.
It’s meant to be opening May 15th I believe, but that is not official as in announced by Disney.

It’s a bit echoy in there with so few people in the theatre!
I didn’t watch in full, zipped through here and there, but overall it looks like it is well done. If you never saw the original you’d probably really love it. I miss the monkeys and the flying birds. I hope those things will come back one day.

From what I hear they were cut because Disney is still insisting on distancing between cast. So they’ll return in time I’m sure.
