I am going to be at Epcot the day before the Flower and Garden Festival opens. Is there any chance we will see anything “in preview”? Any chance any of the booths might be open?
You’ll definitely be able to see the topiaries and other floral/plant displays. I don’t think any booths open early but maybe someone else can help with that!

There’s always a chance, I do remember festival booths opening early in years past.
